Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Richard has deep roots in the community. His career began with the City of Toronto in 2000, where he worked in Shelter, Support, and Housing. He later joined Toronto Community Housing, where he held various management roles, eventually becoming the Senior Director of Business Operations. Richard is known for his strategic planning, community engagement, and innovative approach to problem solving, dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families through his work and community involvement.
